About the role
These expectations drive my success: I own the execution of the merchandise strategy and seasonal plans for my brand across allchannels. I lead the team with a customer mindset and allocate the right stock, to the right place at theright time for the customer. I inspect Brand and channel results and take action to drive sales and protect profitability. I own the exit plan of all SKUs in the most profitable way to free up Open to Buy (OTB) andfreshness for our customer. I provide volume forecasting and DC projections across all channels to my DC partner. I partner with DC to maintain stock availability and manage efficient and effective inventory flowacross all channels. I regularly complete site visits, store visits and DC to validate stock levels, identify opportunitiesto optimise inventory and inspect against the plan. I present trade insights, data trends and make recommendations to influence productinvestment decisions with the brand. I attend brand milestones to align on the merchandise strategy and VM execution with anexternal and internal customer mindset. I collaborate daily with my VM and Retail partners to execute the plan that delivers results. I inspire, care for and grow others and myself at every stage of the people lifecycle, to facilitatesuccession. I set expectations, review performance, provide feedback and follow up using the Groupperformance framework. I lead the COG way and build a team of engaged Brand and product ambassadors. I look after others and myself, and lead in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework.
