About the role

Job Title: Household Manager & Family Assistant (Meal Prep & Childcare Support)
Location: Northport, NY 11768
Employment Type: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week, 20 hours guaranteed
Schedule: 3-4 days weekly in the afternoons/evenings, with some flexibility as needed including 1-2 date nights monthly
Compensation: $32-35 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Household Organization & Maintenance

Maintain household organization systems, ensuring the home is consistently tidy and organized
Daily resets and prep home for cleaners
Light tidying (dishes, surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas)
Seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding)
Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs
Event/holiday/guest prep
Packing/unpacking for travel
As needed: change batteries, light bulbs, etc.
Managing paper recycling 2x monthly
