The Boeing CompanyBoeing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented First Line Leader to serve as the Business Relationship Manager for our Corporate Headquarters, Government Operations division and Boeing Defense Space (BDS) Business Development segment. This role will be pivotal in building partnership across Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure seamless service delivery at the headquarters office, with a strong emphasis on elevated customer service.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Lead a culture of enhanced customer service delivery at the headquarters office, ensuring that all interactions with internal and external stakeholders are positive and productive.
Service Delivery Partnership: Collaborate closely with GREF COEs to drive standardization of service offerings at the site while ensuring the unique needs of the headquarters environment and critical Boeing Company customer engagement priorities are met. A key focus will be on events and food services.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing concerns and feedback promptly to foster strong relationships and trust.
Strategic Planning, Headquarters: In partnership with site leadership, develop of strategic plans for the headquarters site that align with business goals, ensuring that facilities and real estate services support business objectives.
Strategic Planning, BDS Business Development: Act as a strategic partner for the BDS Business Development organization to understand their business goals and objectives and develop a Global Real Estate & Facilities strategic plan that aligns.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on service delivery metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational performance to senior management.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in customer service, or business relationship management, preferably within a corporate or government environment.
Strong leadership abilities, especially in an indirect reporting structure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in facilities management
Background in hospitality management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $116,450 - $157,550
