The Product Engineering organization consists of several self-organized/managed multi-functional teams with the people and skills needed to deliver our innovative digital products and solutions to patients and healthcare providers participating in clinical trials around the world. We are working with agile methodology delivering a new release of the software product with program increments every quarter.

About The Role

As an Engineering Leader, you will oversee the technical and managerial aspects of a multi-disciplinary team. You will guide Product Owners, Squad/Team Lead, Developers, and other key roles, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a balance between technical excellence and efficient people management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure high standards of software development and system architecture.
  • Product Development Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our part of the product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration within the group and with other collaborators to drive product success.
  • Innovation: Encourage innovation by exploring new technologies, methodologies, and standard processes to enhance the team's performance and product quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of minimum experience
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, such as Tribe Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar, within an agile environment.
  • Excellent people management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Adaptable, resilient, and committed to driving technical excellence and team success

     

Desired Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in software development, system architecture, and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Regulatory knowledge, i.e GxP, SaMD validation or similar
  • Scrum master / Agile coach Certification
  • Frontend technology and frameworks e.g. React, Angular or Vue.js

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $150,405 to $225,607. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay o
