As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with a diverse group of people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while monitoring access points and assisting with badge control as needed. Pay Rate: $9.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the facility as required by site-specific policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
