Java Developer (Angular & Microservices) for international e-Government project

We currently have a vacancy for a Java Developer, to work at the premises of our company in Crete (Heraklion, Rethymnon, Chania), or remotely.The candidate will join a software development team that uses cutting edge technology (Cloud technologies, Microservices, Java EE, Spring) and implement international web development projects, in the field of e- Government. The candidate will receive adequate training and support to develop their career expectations.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop excellent quality and web and mobile software using state-of–the-art software development techniques and technologies;
• Participate and contribute in software architecture design;
• Work in a multi-national environment.

Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering;
• Experience in Java development;
• Experience in a Database system and SQL;
• Experience with JavaScript and/or Angular;
• Experience in any of the following technologies is considered an asset: Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, Git, Maven.
