Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager supports Aramark’s clients with product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. This role serves as a liaison between Aramark’s Marketing team and client’s account locations, ensuring the client and consumers’ expectations are met while adhering to Aramark standards.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​​

Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing Research and Data Collection: Conduct focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend research, and competitive pricing analysis.
  • Strategic Planning and Innovation: Develop marketing plans and new strategies to promote meal growth, client advocacy, and brand recognition.
  • Sales Support: Execute annual campaigns and support business development with RFP responses, sales presentations, and client business reviews.
  • Marketing Coordination: Organize special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interactions, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with clients, department heads, and community groups.

Qualifications

  • Proactive Self-Starter: Seeks growth, innovation, and efficiency; thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in product, marketing, or merchandising.
    • 1-2 years of people management.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing (or equivalent experience).
    • Food service marketing or operations experience is a plus.
  • Sales and ROI: Proven ability to increase sales and measure program impact/ROI.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in social media, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva or graphic design software, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Influence without Authority: Build informal networks to support program pilots, implementation, best practices, and measurement.
  • Strategic Agility: Act as the regional marketing strategist and advisor to the RVP.
  • Business Analysis: Track, analyze, and present marketing program results.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple tasks with strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Organizational Savvy: Communicate effectively at all levels, presenting a business-oriented view of development.
  • Dealing with Ambiguity: Assess situations, identify key players, set action plans, and deliver results.
