Fleet Registration Agent

2721 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaResponsibilities:
- Process registration and title paperwork for new and existing vehicles within the fleet.
- Work in close contact with state agencies to obtain titles and registrations.
- Ensure that registration/plates are ordered from the state motor vehicle agencies in a timely manner to supply the credentials to the field so equipment can be released for rental.
- Update mainframe with title and plate numbers.
- Ensure all documents are scanned into imaging systems.
- Run queries and work with various programs using our database.
- Know all procedures and processes in the various jurisdictions for licensing trucks and trailers.
- Keep supervisor and manager informed of the new production schedule and status of licensing and license renewals.
- Provide spreadsheets to the treasury office of new units that are intended to be financed.
- Process re-title work adding or removing banks as lienholders and/or lessors. Previous office experience and excellent data entry a must.
- Must be able to work in a computerized environment and be very proficient in Excel and Word.
- Must have good organization skills and be able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast paced environment with excellent accuracy.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience with processing vehicle related paperwork a plus. Previous U-Haul Experience preferred.
