ITCC Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Peraton is hiring an ITCC Operations Manager at USSTRATCOM in Bellevue, Nebraska.

 

This role is the primary focal point for operations across the ITCC contract to ensure SLAs are met across the board. Work directly with J63 and other senior Government leaders for light switch like IT consistency.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Primary POC to senior customers for day to day system/network operations
• Accountable for meeting all operations performance SLAs (ex. node uptime, time to repair)
• Responsible for strict adherence to policy (ex. SSRs/RFCs/ASIs)
• Lead all anomaly investigations and provide comprehensive root causal analysis to the customer for all outages that breach a major SLA
• Lead the operations team and work with enterprise engineering to seamlessly transition projects from engineering to operations
• Support maintaining and improving the operational uptime for the systems/networks
• Responsible for current certification/accreditation of systems/networks
• Responsible for implementing new technology to improve the cyber threat posture and reducing customer cost

Qualifications

12 years of experience (may have supervisory or management experience)

 

What you'll need:

• Active TS/SCI
• Combatant & Command experience

Desired expereince:

• B.S. in Information Technology
• PMP

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
