You’re equally comfortable defining long-term product vision and executing polished, intuitive experiences that improve members’ financial lives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You will play a key role in shaping the quality and direction of design within the Chime app—advocating for thoughtful, member-centered solutions and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful impact.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a high-ownership role for a senior design leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives clarity through strategy and vision, and leads through influence and collaboration.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $202,000 and up to $280,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
