HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

JOB SUMMARY
HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible
and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic
barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including
mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services.
Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement
in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to
overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating
recovery.
Located on the Be Well campus, a multi-service behavioral health center for Orange County residents,
HealthRIGHT 360 provides gender responsive withdrawal management and residential treatment for
adult men and women. The program offers a therapeutic milieu to improve the health, safety, and self sufficiency of people struggling with addiction. Be Well Program is a residential substance use disorder
(SUD) treatment program that provides 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 ASAM levels of care for males and females, as
well as 3.2 withdrawal management. There are 15 beds allocated for 3.1/3.5, 15 beds for 3.3 and 12 beds
for 3.2, for a total of 42 beds.
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) works in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary
team to ensure the best possible treatment outcome for the client and provide treatment in accordance
with HealthRIGHT 360’s philosophy, goals, policies, mission, and vision. LVN assists the Nursing Supervisor,
Nurse Practitioners, and Program Director with medication management and education, chart audits, and
daily operations support. LVN takes the lead in crisis intervention and client stabilization while maintaining
composure.
LVN has an assigned main responsibility and is expected to be cross-trained and cover other departments
on as needed basis based on workload and coverage need. LVN is expected to cover weekends as well as
evenings, depending on the shift assignments. LVN is cross trained in Medication/Floor duties, Intake, and
Clinical duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Medication/Floor LVN/LPT assists with keeping track and storing medication for clients at the residential
facility and helps clients with taking their medications during the med line. Monitors and notifies medical
personnel of medication adherence issues or side effects that clients may be experiencing. Helps clients
with making outside medical appointments and support ancillary floor staff as needed. LVN works a block
shift schedule and will need to cover evenings and weekends.
Intake LVN/LPT helps with medical evaluations for new clients coming into the facility and documents
findings. Coordinates with other intake staff and other licensed medical providers to ensure that incoming
clients are medically stable enough to initiate residential treatment. If incoming clients require further
stabilization, they will work with staff to ensure patients are transferred to appropriate withdrawal
management/detox facilities. Intake LVN is expected to work during weekdays, 8am to 5pm, or as
assigned.
Clinic LVN/LPT works closely with the Nurse Practitioners (NP) who are responsible for providing ongoing
mental health services, medication assisted therapy services as well as urgent primary care services for
