What You’ll Do

Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:

  • Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within an 8-day close timeline.
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statement activity, identify variances and trends, and proactively resolve discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Record and reconcile payroll-related transactions, including benefits and 401(k) activity, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Perform complex monthly commission calculations and partner cross-functionally to validate data accuracy and timely processing.
  • Contribute to accounting process improvements, documentation efforts, and special projects that enhance operational efficiency and scalability as the business grows.

  • Achieve timely completion of assigned close activities to support an 8-day monthly close process.
  • Maintain accurate and fully reconciled general ledger accounts with minimal audit or review adjustments.
  • Deliver payroll, commission, and benefits reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase accounting efficiency, accuracy, or scalability.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships through responsive communication, collaboration, and dependable execution.

What You Bring

Your unique talents are what make you shine. For this role, success looks like:

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
  • BS/BA in Accounting required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
  • Experience reconciling payroll, benefits, and related accounting transactions preferred. <
