Position Summary:
 

Delta is currently hiring for Residential Lead

Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience. Applicants must be willing to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene.

  • Ensure proper staffing and clear communication with leadership.

  • Oversee daily shift operations: cleaning, documentation, activities, hygiene support, and transportation.

  • Administer and track medications per policy.

  • Support individuals in skill-building, independence, and community integration.

  • Guide staff in implementing care plans and behavior strategies.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment.

  • Monitor individual progress and ensure all documentation is complete.

  • Assist with scheduling and minimize overtime needs.

  • Comply with all policies, regulations, and inspections.

  • Maintain confidentiality and model professional conduct.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • A high school Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
