PRN Telecom Support Analyst

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is seeking a PRN Telecom Support Analyst to work under the direction of the Funding Program Manager assisting in the day to day management of CHC’s funding service line.
The PRN Telecom Support Analyst will work within the CHC funding service line, assisting in the day to day operation by completing and submitting the appropriate documentation to appropriate agencies, interfacing with clients and governmental agencies, as well as developing and presenting regular client reports and CHC reports.

Requirements
Experience and Education:
- Minimum 1 year clerical, administrative or customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year website and user interface navigation experience.
- Associate's degree or the equivalent in education, certifications and related experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with VP to track client telecommunications vendors, accounts and corresponding vendor contact information.
- Website and user interface navigation to obtain documentation and information related to client telecommunications vendors and accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
