You will join our Change Management team

As our new Student Assistant in Business Transformation, you will be part of the Group function, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety where our ambition is to implement holistic operational processes, systems, and governance in Ramboll that enable efficient global collaboration toward sustainable client deliverables. Your key tasks and responsibilities:

• Drive global communication using tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Yammer.
• Produce graphic designs and content for communication efforts.
• Conceptualize and create learning and communication materials.
• Collect insights through user interviews and research, including surveys.
• Support engagement processes with key decision-makers, including developing professional meeting presentations, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the preparation of project meetings and workshops.
• Support team communication and assist project managers with daily tasks.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks for day-to-day operations and specific events.

• Flair for graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as basic to advanced experience with HTML, CSS, or Adobe CC programs.
• Ideally, some experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, transformation, digital learning, user experience, innovation, and design methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Danish skills not required).
• Availability to work an average of 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate exam periods.
• Enrolled in the final year of a bachelor's or academy profession (AP) degree program, studying in fields such as Design, Communications, IT, or Business Administration.
