Job Title: Manager, Content Operations
Summary: Stuart Weitzman is Stuart Weitzman is seeking a Manager, Content Operations, reporting to the Sr. Director, Communications & Content. This role will drive the day-to-day project management for the content team, support production of global marketing campaigns, manage the schedule and priorities of the in-house e-comm photo studio, as well as support overall scheduling and resourcing.
This role is a hybrid role based in the New York City office. The expectation is to be in the Hudson Yards office 3-4 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive all project management of marketing and cross-functional and global projects that have creative/editorial needs; inclusive of project intake, setting timelines, project list ownership, lead the CMS (Monday.com), to project approvals and asset delivery.
- Communicate and follow-up with stakeholders daily to ensure timely workflow, pivot needs to meet business objectives on an hourly/daily/weekly basis; follow up with all parties regarding delivery of project obligations.
- Navigate and prepare Creative Approvals (issue agenda, meeting minutes, etc.) for executive management, marketing partners and creative leads.
- Partner with Digital, Creative & Content leads to establish timelines, oversee calendar, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Manage and project lead requests from a global organization (Tapestry) and marketing team, including teams in Asia, Europe and more.
- Lead the scheduling and scope of the in-house Ecomm studio: booking days on a seasonal level to ensure sufficient coverage of product photography.
- Oversee and support the sample management aspect of the ecomm & marketing photo and content creation studio, including, but not limited to: Placing Ecomm & Marketing Sample Orders, Trafficking for Ecomm & Marketing Shoots, and Tracking.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Strong project management skills. Highly organized, yet creative thinker, with a positive and collaborative approach to creative problem solving.
- Ability to liaise between different departments and personalities to effectively manage and disseminate flow of information.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills with a commanding, confident, influential presence.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship building to promote creative solutions and new ideas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment which demands quick thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, ownership and accountability for business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management software (Monday is a plus)
