We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. Dealership experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is looking to build a long-term career in accounting and administration.

What You'll Do

Duties may include:

• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records

• Accounts receivable processing and follow-up

• Billing and invoice processing

• Account reconciliations

• Recording deposits and payments

• Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness

• Maintaining accounting files and records

• Assisting with month-end accounting tasks

• Responding to internal and external inquiries

• Supporting various accounting and administrative functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, office, banking, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
