The Wardrobe Coordinator will receive and process requisitions from shipboard teams for show costumes and supplies on a daily basis. The Coordinator is responsible for packaging and placing orders on assigned palettes for shipment to ships from the company warehouse. The role requires strong communication with shoreside and shipboard personnel related to the ongoing replacement and fulfillment of shipboard inventory needs. Other duties include supporting with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and providing assistance with team member fittings.
Essential Functions:
- Receive and fulfill consumable requests from the fleet. Update extensive detailed inventories of clothing make-up, hand props, and laundering supplies. Responsible for ordering and as necessary maintaining inventory records. Prioritize and restock inventory as needed.
- Coordinate assignments for contractors hired to sew for all cast changes. Anticipate, plan, and respond to last minute changes. Compensate with secondary and replacement options when needed. Coordinate with crew operations to schedule travel, hotels, and ship cabins. Complete travel related paperwork as needed.
- Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to improve upon the supply chains that maintain wardrobe inventories. Working knowledge of wardrobe, costuming and makeup products to make recommendations on best options.
- Handle emergency situations such as lost orders, supply chain shortages or unexpected casting changes in a measured manner with a focus on problem solving.
- Provide support and assistance to Manager for costume and shoe fittings as needed.
- Support with coordination of company meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Costume design or related field
- 3+ years of wardrobe, theatre costume shops or comparable experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Ability to problem solve, think creatively and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills: Microsoft [Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point]
- Working knowledge of wardrobe, costuming and makeup products
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Requires regular movement throughout CCL facilities. Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds. May need to stand for long periods of time.

Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.
The range for this role’s base salary is $18.00 - $22.50 per hour. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
