Strategic Resource Associate, Pipeline Coordinator
The Strategic Resource Associate (SRA) is a member of the CNC SRM team and has a direct impact on the success of HUB’s sales organization. This role ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of the regional sales pipeline by leading pipeline reviews, tracking opportunity data, and collaborating with the VP Sales Operations & Client Strategies and Chief Sales Officer to provide actionable insights on deal progression.
We’re looking for a CRM Administrator to support both Salesforce (50%) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (40%), with the remaining 10% dedicated to broader team support. This role is a key part of our Sales Operations team, helping ensure CRM systems are well-maintained, data is clean and actionable, and producers have the tools and insights they need to drive growth.
You’ll also play a hands-on role in managing lead flow, supporting marketing initiatives, integrating data from M&A activity, and providing insight-driven reporting to leadership. This is an exciting role for someone who is interested in sales operations and has a desire to learn and grow.
Scope of Responsibilities:
CRM Administration & Data Integrity:
Manage daily administration of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, including user setup, system configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, field consistency checks, and pipeline reviews with producers.
Maintain and update lead lists, prospect data, and records related to new producers, M&A integrations, and onboarding efforts.
Act as a primary point of contact and regional expert for CRM use and support across sales teams.
Lead Management & Outreach Support
Monitor inbound leads from portals and web forms; set up routing and workflows for timely follow-up in both systems.
Research and maintain prospect lists, including competitor agencies and targeted verticals.
Help develop and execute vertically driven sales campaigns and targeted outreach based on producer needs.
Reporting & Analysis
Support pipeline review meetings by ensuring pipeline data in CRM systems is accurate and complete.
Work closely with Sales Operations leadership and SRM to fulfill ongoing and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Use Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to organize, analyze, and present data for leadership and sales teams.
Training & Sales Enablement
Provide training and support for producers and staff on CRM usage, best practices, and available tools.
Support onboarding of new producers and acquired teams by importing and aligning data within CRM systems.
Serve as a resource to the CNC sales team for tools, templates, and system-related support.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Partner with field marketing, producers, and corporate marketing to support campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral, RFPs, capabilities decks, benchmarking reports, and sales tools.
Support execution of email campaigns across both Salesforce and Dynamics as needed.
Additional Support
Assist with logistics and documentation for internal meetings, summits, and special events such as trade shows and sales conferences.
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to support brand presence via ads, social media, and email campaigns.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales Operations function.
Desired Skills & Experience:
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud required; Experience Cloud a plus)
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience supporting data integrations during M&A a strong plus
Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI (PowerPoint also required) — intermediate to advanced skill level
Solid understanding of CRM data structures, lead management, and campaign execution
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment
