Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context</li><li>Solid knowledge and understanding of investment management products and asset types, including but not limited to ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, equities, derivatives, and alternatives</li><li>Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation</li></ul><ul><li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication</li><li>Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams</li><li>Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative</li><li>Ability to negotiate, be objective, to prioritize, and to give a balanced view</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements</li><li>Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach</li></ul><p><br/><br/><b>Are you the right candidate?
