Summary:
The GTN Planning & Analytics Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end Gross-to-Net forecasting, planning, and performance analysis to support revenue management, brand strategy, and financial planning processes. This role is critical to ensuring accurate accruals, insightful analytics, and clear communication of GTN dynamics to cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and BI&T teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the GTN Planning & Analytics team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the accuracy and reliability of forecasting processes and deliverables.
Consolidate and coordinate GTN forecasting and analytics for Budget and Long-Term Financial Planning (LTFP) for Total BMS portfolio
Build and improve robust analytical tools and models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
Support pricing & economic and strategic decision-making with relevant GTN analyses.
Drive insights into GTN performance trends, forecast variances, and risks/opportunities vs. plan
Deliver enhanced management reporting for planning cycles, quarterly close actuals, and adhoc analytics.
Serve as a key business partner within MAx and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Foster innovation and champion continuing platform improvements. Build and improve robust analytical tools and models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus MBA or health economics degree/experience
Minimum of 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in planning and analytics
Five years of leadership experience
Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to apply in a variety of complex business situations
Extensive experience in US pricing, GTN planning, finance, or related fields
Strong leadership skills with collaborative and proactive approach to managing team and working across matrix teams
Proficiency in financial systems and forecasting tools
Intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts succinctly to senior leaders
Intellectual curiosity and interest in continuous improvement and demonstrated experience using and adopting/leveraging new technologies (e.g. AI)
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $212,050 - $257,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
