Stock Associate, Wilmette

Hill House is seeking a Stock Associate to join the retail team at our Plaza Del Lago store in Wilmette, IL and will become a pivotal part of our Hill House family. In this role, you'll serve as a key player in ensuring operational and back of house excellence. We are hiring full-time and part-time  positions that will maintain a retail schedule (including weekends).  

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, unpack, and accurately process incoming shipments
• Assist store associates with fulfilling in store and online orders, and restocking the sales floor when necessary
• Accurately manage inventory levels in two storage locations, and ensure seamless inventory transfers between them
• Maintain a clean and efficient back of house
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as necessary

• Retail experience or service industry background
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication and positive attitude
• High attention to detail and organization
• Possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy
• Has lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams
