About the role:

The Senior Digital Program Manager will have responsibility for leading digital programs and initiatives primarily focused on the Cardiology business. In this role, you will manage innovative digital programs by leveraging program management best practices while effectively leading cross-functional teams to deliver against shifting deadlines and scope. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning strategy, driving planning and goal setting, optimizing resources, and ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management to achieve the desired business objectives. This role demands a blend of project management, commercial experience, and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships within stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.

This individual will be based out of our Maple Grove, MN location. This role has a hybrid work mode, with expectations of being in the office 3 days per week.

 

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as Digital Program Manager for key market development programs, managing cost, schedule, ROI and performance.
  • Manage program governance, including scope, roles, risks, and communication alignment.
  • Lead large cross-functional teams, provide performance input to functional managers, and build strong relationships with workstream leads to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure project success.
  • Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams through meetings, workshops, and effective communication to promote knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and driving innovation within the digital program by staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations.
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize potential issues.
  • Estimate resource requirements, establish program milestones, and guide teams in decision making.
  • Monitor program performance using key metrics, analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage program budgets, allocate resources, and track financial performance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner by providing recommendations on digital products and projects to drive successful implementation.
  • Travel not expected to exceed 10%. 

 Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years of program
