What You’ll Do:
- Travel between multiple Memphis-area properties as needed
- Maintain grounds, buildings, and community amenities
- Assist with preparing vacant units
- Clean and organize work areas, tools, and equipment
- Ensure community cleanliness and curb appeal
- Follow safety procedures and fair housing regulations
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 month of related experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
- Able to walk properties, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally more)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
