JOB SUMMARY 

Coordinate with technical resources in the Global Cybersecurity & IT Compliance organization to guide planning and timelines, scheduling project team meetings, and document weekly project updates. Incumbent will be responsible for Level 4 projects that improve existing business processes and systems, support implementations, organize training sessions, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders. 

 

Intern Duties & Responsibilities 

• Manage Level 4 projects, schedules, budgets, and risks. 

• Coordinate implementation and validation activities. 

• Report project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the results. 

• Management of Resource capacity and time tracking allocated to the project. 

• Drive relevant, concise and effective communication through a variety of mediums. 

• Provide administrative support to Senior Project Manager. 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior, Recent Graduate, Graduate Students  

GPA: Min 3.0 

Technical Skills 

• Effective Communication. 

• Self-starter – Ability to drive work. 

• Attention to detail. 

• Interest in project management tools and methodologies. 

• Microsoft Office, ServiceNow fluency is a plus. 

Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, and Resilience
