Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues: Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions or escalate complex matters to senior staff.
• Process orders and returns: Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
• Maintain customer records: Update and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Follow up with customers: Ensure timely follow-up on pending inquiries or unresolved issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks: Support the team by managing paperwork, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
• Promote positive customer interactions: Deliver a friendly, professional, and empathetic service experience to all customers.

Requirements
