TECHINT Fusion Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in the Defense Department every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an TECHINT Fusion Analyst, you apply your specialized technical and functional expertise to regional strategic problems sets supporting an array of agency and military clients using your attention to detail to develop and create intelligence products and assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving, team-oriented mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills on some of most pressing current national security and defense issues.

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape to include the state of the art for advanced and emerging technology from adversaries and support our ability to identify, define and target their capabilities. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source fusion from various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate muti-INT sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft for and with the client team as you build assessments. As the authority on your task, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, sometimes under pressure.  

This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set of assessing adversary intent to include analysis of advance technology considerations. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have: 

  • 6+ years of experience with all-source intelligence using the intelligence cycle within DoD activities, military services, or the intelligence community, including assessing adversary weapons, tactics, and advanced technology initiatives

  • Experience preparing and reviewing quality of technical reports and briefs

  • Experience interpreting customer requirements and communicating technical topics clearly and concisely for non-technical consumers

  • Knowledge of using IC reports databases, GIS apps, SIGINT databases, CHROME, and Fusion applicable toolsets

  • Ability to assess and make recommendations to increase effectiveness of target collection

  • Ability to analyze and fuse MASINT, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or OSINT derived data into all-source assessments 

  • Ability to learn and work with a science and technology team countering adversary advanced and emergent tech

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience as an all-source analyst

  • Experience working with data scientists on intelligence projects

  • Knowledge of how modeling and sensor data contribute to Fusion

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to store and manipulate data

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
