We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Web & SEO in UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub.

UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub is located in UPM Business Hub in Wrocław, Poland and provides professional expertise for the global UPM organisation. We conduct activities ranging from graphic design, audio-visual productions, project management, digital communications to digital marketing. We have a key role in increasing internal efficiency as well as ensuring brand alignment. Great internal end to end experience and team spirit are in the key role within the Hub. What you will do

• Manage and develop UPM’s Optimizely CMS platform including backlogs, priorities, feature rollouts, and bug tracking

• Coordinate with MSC Hub web editors to support content operations and ensure platform best practices are followed across UPM’s business areas

• Propose and configure new page templates using existing CMS components

• Collaborate with UPM’s CMS tech support agency to drive technical enhancements and resolve issues

• Own and evolve UPM’s SEO strategy and framework using BrightEdge SEO platform; ensure best practices are followed across UPM’s business areas

• Moderate weekly CMS meetings with external tech agency and monthly SEO Clinics with UPM´s business areas

• Collaborate with MSC Hub marketing analyst to drive insights

• Oversee cookie management and GDPR compliancy on CMS

• Stay ahead of the curve with AI-driven search trends and personalisation on CMS

• Demonstrate UPM values and nurture the great team spirit at UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub

Who you are

• You have relevant university degree and minimum 5 years of work experience in managing web (and preferably also SEO) for international business, preferably in a large b2b company

• You have a solid experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO platforms

• You have experience in working with CMS tech support agencies

• You have an understanding of the marketing process, recognizing how each touchpoint – from initial engagement to conversion – contributes to a cohesive brand presence and drives business growth, which is an advantage

• You present high attention to detail and systematic way of working in maintaining consistency and quality

• You demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills and ability to host training sessions in international setting

• You have at least C1 level of English proficiency (verbal and written) and at least C1 level of Polish proficiency (considered as an asset) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global stakeholders, team and partners, as well as great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a complex, multi-task environment with strict deadlines
