Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a program director to support the Biosecurity & Health division director in managing the operations of the rapidly growing Biosecurity & Health Division.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage projects and resources – ensure teams have the corporate resources and support to provide exceptional customer service
• Support growth opportunities by conducting client research and contributing to proposal development and past performance artifacts for the division
• Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including quality assurance of contract deliverables
• Provide portfolio operational oversight for the division leadership team
• Support the management of contracts, subcontracts, and vendors, including the development of scope statements, statement of works, purchase orders and funding modifications
• Support division Program Managers (PMs) with workforce and staff management, administration, and client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Health preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 7+ years of experience in federal government consulting with demonstrated career progression from direct client support through Program Management
• Experience with Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), or Department of Defense (DoD) medical research & development (R&D) organizations strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role developing and expanding teams of 30+ staff beginning with contract kick-off, through option exercise and contract close-out.
