The role has a high degree of coaching and steering the regional BPC’s towards the overall global transformation framework.</p><p><strong>We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:</strong></p><ul><li>Coach and provide expert knowledge of Source to Order solutions to the regional BPC. Take accountability to facilitate the future digital roadmap within Procurement</li><li>Be able to direct and challenge external subject matter experts to enable to future Procurement Strategy in terms of process and platforms</li><li>Procurement internal Subject Matter Expert or Global Procurement stream lead of major projects and initiatives to deliver improvements towards best-in-class process &amp; technology implementation</li><li>Leading process redesign &amp; change management workshops, while coaching other BPC’s</li><li>Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases</li><li>Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels</li><li>Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns and identify improvement opportunities</li><li>Maintain a complete understanding of design processes adhering to Procurement policies  </li><li>Act as the interface between IT, business users and business support teams </li><li>Requirement gathering from countries on new requirements or changes in the existing setup</li><li>Drive solution design to facilitate new requirements including system configuration</li><li>Mapping and creation of all relevant documentations such as Business requirements specifications, Operating manuals, training documents and knowledge articles for Procurement function</li><li>Assess change requests for new requirements based on business case and securing the approval from relevant change approval boards</li><li>Coordinating with respective stakeholders and 3rd party technical service providers for implementing the changes and leading user acceptance testing</li><li>Support the Procurement Operations leadership in the capacity of SME for future releases in Procurement platforms and small changes</li><li>Engage and influence key stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases</li><li>Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas</li><li>Procurement focal point for internal &amp; external audit initiatives in the region</li><li>Identify continuous improvement opportunities</li><li>Support assigned business process areas in developing the strategic direction and establishing a transformation roadmap to reach the strategic objectives</li><li>Collaborate / coach / direct Procurement BPC’s in other regions and leverage and participate in process communities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>At Syngenta we are highly people focused – we look for professionals who are engaged, collaborative and excellent in execution.
