Hourly Rate: $26.84 - $29.07 (commensurate with experience) Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations across commercial properties in the Albany, NY area. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring properties meet safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Team Oversight: Assign daily tasks, manage schedules, train staff, and ensure work quality and compliance.
• Project Management: Coordinate maintenance projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with contractors.
• Facility Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance, perform hands-on tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), and respond to maintenance calls.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; maintenance certifications preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in facility management or commercial property maintenance supervision.
• Skills: Proficiency with OSHA/ADA regulations, power tools, and Microsoft Office; valid NYS Driver’s License.

Work Environment

• Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs alone, up to 150 lbs with assistance), and work in varied conditions, including outdoors and on-call rotation.
• Exposure: Occasional exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and electrical risks; safety protocols strictly observed.
