Oral Care with Oral-B, Baby Care with Pampers, Hair Care with Head &amp; Shoulders and Aussie etc.), representing a 200 to 300 million euros turnover.</p></li><li><p>Your mission will be, in close collaboration with the Marketing team, to increase this turnover and improve the fundamentals by making strategic decisions related to budgets, mix, and discounts.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Key Account Management</u></b></p><ul><li><p>In partnership with Key Accounts and National Accounts, which represent a 200 to 300 million euros turnover, you will take part in negotiations at a national level on prices, mix, discounts and the merchandising.</p></li><li><p>You will work in collaboration with the Customer Team to prepare business plans and negotiations with our clients.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><h2><b>YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF :</b></h2><ul><li><p>You are preparing a master’s degree in Business/Engineering School or University.</p></li><li><p>You are proficient in French and have good level of English</p></li><li><p>You demonstrate leadership skills and show a strong determination to get things done to achieve your objectives</p></li><li><p>You are customer-oriented and have a strong passion for sales and/or marketing</p></li><li><p>Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set.</p></li><li><p>You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>WHAT P&amp;G CAN OFFER YOU:</b></h2><p></p><ul><li><b><span>You don't join P&amp;G for a job, but for a career. </span></b><span>P&amp;G offers great growth prospects within the Sales function, following our “<b>promotion from within</b>” HR policy.<b> </b>Our permanent hires are mainly former interns &amp; apprentices. <b> If you succeed in your internship with us, we aim to hire you as a full-time employee.</b> Following a successful internship, you will be hire as Chef de Secteur on the field.
