Job Duties:

• Assess residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve residents' functional abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory policies.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
