WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical training and demonstration to customers whilst providing customer service and support.
Duties will include the following:

Product demonstrations and installations on site

Ensure that required training is provided according to standard

Solve practical and technical problems in the market
-
Attend to customer queries, grievances and objections
-
Ensure return of demo goods
-
Ensure that company processes and policies are adhered to
-
Keep abreast of competitive offers and opposition products in Glasurit shops
-
Assist with Ad-Hoc duties when required
-
Identify and implement possible improvements to business processes to achieve higher customer satisfaction

Adhere to and comply with all EHS Standards and Policies

Liaise with ABS to sell, implement and drive ABS Solutions and Initiatives
-
Monitor customer purchase behaviour and check ratios between paint & PRP
-
Upload and maintain reports and feedback on CRM / GPS
-
Ensure full implementation and management of Profit Manager Pro System
-
5 Body Shop Checklist, create Action plan and implementation thereof
-
Liaise with and assist Senior Technical Consultant in the day to day business as and when required
WHAT YOU OFFER
-
Qualified Artisan in Spray-painting and Colour matching
-
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
-
Good market knowledge of the industry would be beneficial
-
Extensive knowledge of the latest refinish technology, understanding and recognition of the technical requirements

A valid driver’s license is essential
-
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Computer Skills are essential
