POSITION SPECIFICS

The Department of Materials Science and Engineering, in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences is seeking a postdoctoral scholar. The final candidate will:
-Lead a team of graduate students in the synthesis and characterization of 2D semiconductors
-Coordinate daily meetings with students
-Lead and coordinate weekly meetings with Faculty leads and collaborators
-Author manuscripts
-Provide reports to program managers as needed.
 

Job duties and responsibilities
MOCVD synthesis, characterization, and optimization of 2D materials.

Must have a Ph.D. in:
Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or similar.

Should have experience in:
MOCVD, thin film characterization, team leadership.
