As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology Team, you are an integral part of a team that works to develop high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications and platforms products. You drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through your capabilities in multiple architecture domains.

Job responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
• Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AWS Data Platform services.
• Experience in building/implementing data pipelines using Databricks such as Unity Catalog, Databricks workflow, Databricks Live Table etc.
• Hands-on Java, Python, Terraform, Advanced at SQL (e.g., joins and aggregations).
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Hands on experience in building applications using AWS services like S3, Lambda, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation, AWS SQL and NoSQL databases, EKS, ECS and REST API.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Spark Experience in using Databricks for big data analytics and processing.
