Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Copilot Solutions Architect to lead the design of AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric integration. In this role, you will be the "AI Innovation & Automation Architect," driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance enterprise productivity and workflows.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to:

- - Presales Engagement
  - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, goals, and pain points.
  - Design and present tailored solution solutions, addressing business and technical needs.
  - Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate current environments and identify opportunities for modernization.
  - Create comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates.
  - Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  - Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings.
  - Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio Expertise:
  - Design and architect AI solutions that integrate Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities.
  - Develop strategies for leveraging LLMs and AI agents to automate complex tasks and enhance user experiences.
  - Customize and extend Copilot functionalities to meet specific enterprise needs.
  - Azure AI Expertise:
  - Design AI/ML solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI Service.
  - Architect AI agents using LLMs and related technologies.
  - Design retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance LLM performance.
  - Establish MLOps practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
  - Microsoft Fabric Integration:
  - Design AI solutions that leverage data from Microsoft Fabric.
  - Integrate Copilot and Copilot Studio with Fabric data and analytics workloads.
  - Utilize Fabric data to improve the performance of LLM-based applications.
  - Synergistic Collaboration:
  - Collaborate with the Data & AI Solutions Architect to access and utilize data from Fabric for AI/ML workloads.
  - Work with the Data Governance Architect to ensure AI/ML models comply with data governance policies.
  - Act as the expert on LLMs and AI agent development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  - Client Engagement:
  - Conduct client discovery sessions to understand their AI and automation needs.
  - Develop and present compelling proposals and demonstrations that showcase the value of Copilot-enhanced AI solutions.
  - Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy and implementation.
