WHO YOU ARE

You are a proactive and resilient problem-solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You have previous experience in providing administrative support to senior management. You are known for flexibility and foresight in a fast-changing environment, and for maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate complex and detailed calendar management. Be the effective point of contact for enquiries
  • Understand complex and changing business priorities to ensure the executive’s time is optimized, as well as seamless operations and strategic alignment across business units
  • Efficiently manage schedules, coordinate daily activities, and prioritize tasks across multiple time-zones with competing deadlines, both from a hands-on and strategic perspective
  • Perform a wide range of administrative support, including preparing documents and reports. Work independently with accountability
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the Sales Department. Streamline processes and outcomes across various aspects of the senior leadership’s responsibilities
  • Organize team communications and plan events (including ordering food, catering, venue search as required), both internally and offsite
  • Flag (potential) issues and concerns. Ensure executives are aptly updated, actions are followed up, and deadlines are met
  • Help organize and coordinate departmental business processes, including promotion cycles and budgeting
  • Demonstrate discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims in a timely manner. Ensure policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines
  • Provide support to cross-functional projects related to Sales (e.g. workshops; events) and assist with project management as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive administration reporting directly to senior management
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous multitasking skills
  • A flexible and approachable team player who is result-oriented, willing to do what it takes to get the job done, adaptable, enjoys challenges and embraces changes
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
  • Experience in developing internal processes

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $120,000 and $140,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
