This Senior Manager, Digital Product Management role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding the overall strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the company's product portfolio. This individual must possess a strong technical foundation to effectively lead cross-functional engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure that product offerings align with market demands and business objectives, thereby maximizing revenue and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

· Define and articulate the product vision and long-term strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.

· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities, validate concepts, and determine market fit.

· Develop, own, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it is prioritized based on strategic value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

· Translate high-level strategic concepts into tactical, executable plans and clearly defined product requirements.

Product Lifecycle & Technical Execution

· Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.

· Serve as the technical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams, ensuring product requirements are translated into efficient and scalable technical designs.

· Ensure products meet quality, security, and performance standards, actively managing technical risks, dependency tracking, and resolving escalated issues from the development process.

· Champion Agile methodologies and enforce best practices (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps principles) within the product development process.

· Define and track key product performance and technical stability metrics (KPIs), using data-driven insights to inform iteration and future development decisions.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure complete alignment on goals and execution.

· Secure buy-in from senior stakeholders for product investments and strategic direction, providing executive-level updates and presentations on both business and technical progress.

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

· 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Development, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

· Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Productboard) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

· Strong experience with agile product development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE, etc.).

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a proficiency in using data and telemetry to drive decisions.
