In addition, Prologis manages several investment funds and joint ventures (mainly located in Luxembourg) and is an investor in all those funds and joint ventures. The consolidation and reporting of the funds are performed in Luxembourg; the consolidation and reporting of Prologis is performed in Amsterdam.</p><p>The Corporate Accounting team is responsible for the accounting execution, support and coordination of capital transactions, corporate income tax, statutory adjustments, non-controlling interests, and external debt. Capital transactions consist of acquisitions, dispositions, liquidations, mergers and are necessary in maintaining Prologis’ position as a market leading asset manager of industrial real estate and operating a tax efficient corporate structure.</p><p>The size and continued growth in the European platform means that the successful candidate may also be involved in a wider range of activities, depending on the individual’s profile and skills.
