Your new role

As our new PA to Group CFO, Senior Group Directors and Group General Counsel, you will be able to bring your Board and Executive support experience and your highly professional and thorough way of working into play. This role offers an exciting task variety, a complex stakeholder landscape and the possibility to work at the interface between the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board. Highly autonomous with the willingness to understand the business and the larger environment, you secure a smooth daily operation and keep the overview in busy times.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Calendar management: Coordination of meetings and seminars, planning of business reviews, travel arrangements and bookings
  • Working with multiple stakeholders: Keeping track of deadlines and agendas, coordination of meeting material
  • Support to Board and Transaction Committee workflows
  • Document handling: Upload and quality check of multi-disciplinary documents
  • Supportive and practical tasks like onboarding new colleagues, screening of mailbox of the CFO, settlement of travel expenses, and much more

Your new team

You will be part of the Corporate PA Team in Ramboll Group and join a team of four dynamic colleagues in our Head Office in Ørestad, who are assisting the Group Executive Team in the Ramboll Group. Our team is highly professional with senior stakeholders, loyal, agile and able to do move arounds with a smile. The environment is characterized by a reliable and collaborative manner of supporting each other and where everybody leans-in to deliver what is necessary. On the stakeholder side, you will navigate between the Group CFO, Finance Senior Leadership and Group Directors. For the Board and Executive tasks, you will work closely with the Group General Counsel/Group Director Legal and other colleagues from the Group Legal function.

About you

These include:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a PA with Board and Executive support in a large international company - preferably with background in Legal or Board Secretariat function and a relevant bachelor’s degree or similar
  • Very good written and oral communication in Danish and English at a professional level and mature Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Very flexible, professional and thorough ways of working and very structured document handling 
  • As we are a people business, it is also important that you are approachable, comfortable in formal situations and good at creating relationships across the organization
