Chief of Staff

We have ambitious plans to grow and evolve in a fast-paced and dynamic business landscape. Our culture is centered on embracing a growth mindset to enable teams and leaders to bring their best each day. To help us achieve our objectives, we are seeking a Chief of Staff who will be responsible for leading an Executive Office for the CO+I President including Rhythm of Business, Operational Excellence, Global Programs, Customer and Partner engagements, Employee Experiences, and Executive Communications. 

As a Chief of Staff, you will drive the architecture, development, and execution of the rhythm of business. You will execute business plans to ensure continuation of business at all times, including in adverse conditions, in accordance with corporate governance. This opportunity will allow you to lead the strategy execution in partnership with the leadership team across the organization as well as leverage your deep knowledge of organizational strategy and planned deliverables for the upcoming year(s) to design budgets. You will lead in conjunction with stakeholders and the leadership team on multiple workstreams and drive team culture and health for the leader by getting a pulse on organizational health, as well as leading culture initiatives. 

This is a significant role in terms of scope, responsibility, and influence – you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and senior network of stakeholders globally and lead a team of 6 to 8 people.  Leadership dexterity, strategic planning experience, and ability to execute at rapid pace with focused collaboration are crucial to success in this role.    

• Architect, develop, and carry out the rhythm of business (ROB), while also driving business strategy initiatives. You’ll also execute business plans to ensure continuous operations in both normal and adverse conditions. 

• Partner with organizational leadership to lead strategy execution, while overseeing alignment across groups. You’ll also leverage deep  organizational strategy knowledge to design upcoming budgets. 

• Provide leadership support by ensuring business activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve leading multiple workstreams, leveraging key partnerships to drive leadership agenda, serving in the absence of the leader as needed. 

• Drive team culture by getting a pulse on organizational health and leading cultural initiatives. This will involve driving training completion rates, identifying team strengths and development areas, and ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard. 

• Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements and manage complex business needs. You’ll also lead project management to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts.
