About the role

<p>We are looking for a "<strong>Project Manager</strong>" with extensive experience in regulatory environment.</p><br/><p><strong><strong><strong>SKILLS <a href="https://emojikeyboard.org/copy/Person_Juggling_Emoji_%F0%9F%A4%B9" id="emoji-info-url">🤹</a>:</strong></strong></strong><br/></p><ul> <li>University degree (min. Bachelor) in any of the following areas: Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent field.</li> <li>+5 years of experience as project or program manager, preferably in a regulatory environment.</li> <li>Diverse background and experience in different project environments, in programs or organisations working in the Medical Device industry,</li> <li>Knowledge and experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)</li> <li>Strong skills in stakeholder management on different stakeholder levels.</li> <li>Track record experience with project management and documentation tools.</li> <li>Ability to facilitate collaboration and drive results within a matrix organisation.</li> <li>Proven (strategic) agility and ability to react, adapt to and influence changing situations.</li> <li>Communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Proactive problem solving attitude.</li> <li>Excellent skills in English, spoken and written.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>TASKS <strong><strong>&amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀</strong></strong>:</strong></p><ul> <li>Provide Standard adoption support and guidance for business and technical representatives from products/projects within all customer areas.</li> <li>Ensure adherence and compliance of Roche Standards by driving successful adoption and effective collaboration</li> <li>Provide cross functional guidance and strategic planning for Standard Adoption activities.</li> <li>Coordinate dependencies and resource availability with different contributor groups.</li> <li>Facilitate and track in collaboration with the Standard Owner the progress of the Standard Adoption in product development projects.</li> <li>Support the Standard Owners and RTE in preparation and execution for progress reviews and milestones as part of our agile ways of working.</li> <li>Traceability and management of dependencies, risks and issues by tracking the Applicability Map movements and by providing adoption metrics.</li> <li>Maintain Standards adoption data and documentation by updating the repositories to ensure its traceability and visibility in the Standards Catalog.</li> <li>Promote Standardization and establish awareness of Standardization initiatives in the organisation through communication and training using suitable channels.</li> <li>Actively participate in the change management and continuous improvement of Adoption processes and practices.</li> <li>Act in accordance with the values and operational principles.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>SCHEDULE 🕘</strong>:</p><ul> <li>08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)</li> <li>2 days office work / 3 days remote</li> <li>Possibility of travelling to Switzerland once a quarter.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong><strong>CONDITIONS 🌱</strong>:</strong></p><ul> <li>Salary package based on your profile. </li> <li>Permanent Contract.</li> <li>Flexible Retribution Program (medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check)</li> <li>Discounts on gym network (Wellhub)</li> <li>Learning &amp; Development.</li> </ul><p> </p><p><em>Our goal is that you are well in every way!</em></p>
