Your role in our mission

Design your career for growth, new possibilities and refining your valuable skills:​

• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents complex programs. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.  
• Designs systems and programs to meet complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Ensures programs meet standards and technical specifications; performs technical analysis and component delivery.  
• Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Assists project manager in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks.  
• Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs including developing project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed application solution designs for clients.  
• Writes specifications for programs of moderate to high complexity.   

What we're looking for

• Six (6) or more years of (preferably Medicaid and/or Healthcare) programming or testing experience. 
• Senior level experience working with appropriate platforms, programming languages, operating systems and software, to include .Net, C#, UNIX, and SQL. 
• Solid understanding of modern software design and development methodologies, and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) databases such SQL Server and Oracle  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs. 
• Ability to understand the business requirements and functional requirements, to participate in design discussions, and to be thorough with detail.

The pay range for this position is [[salaryMin]] - [[salaryMid]] per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
