Full Time Senior Fraud Manager, Card Assets

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Continuously monitor and research fraud trends and industry trends.

2. Provide MasterCard fraud reporting as required.

3. Deep understanding of Fiserv/PSCU and MasterCard systems.

4. Determines fraud-prevention rules and directs PSCU to make changes on Card Assets portfolio.

5. Reviews rule changes to confirm that PSCU implemented the changes and that they are effective in preventing fraud.

6. Proactively monitor fraud for trends and suspicious transactions and merchants.

7. Reviews internal processes to ensure we are stopping fraud.

8. Researches and recommends appropriate fraud-prevention software and upgrades to Card Assets management.

9. Provides supervision and guidance to the Fraud Analyst to include time approvals, hiring, terminations, discipline and reviews.

10. Acts as primary fraud liaison between Card Assets and PSCU to ensure that our interests are protected and fraud is reduced.

11. Attends meetings with PSCU and continues to develop that relationship to improve our fraud protection strategies.

12. Provides necessary reports and analysis of fraud prevention.  Provide recommendations for improving processes to reduce fraud.

13. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; and color vision.
