Celebrity Talent & Entertainment Project Manager (F/H)

Job Mission:
Actively involved in the management of Ambassadors and Friends of the Maison projects on a worldwide level to provide a cohesive brand image. This role acts as the internal liaison between HQ and designated markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility 1: Strategy/Branding
- Support your manager in the implementation of a global celebrity talent and entertainment strategy to increase visibility and exposure for the Maison that represents and elevates Cartier brand messaging.
- Support your manager in the process of researching, approaching, and contracting talent for ad campaigns, special projects, events, opportunities, and initiatives.
- Assist with creating presentations and documents for internal and external meetings, including market guidance documents, competitive recaps, communications launch plans, etc.
Key responsibility 2: Interface with other Cartier departments both at HQ and market level
- Act as an internal liaison to centralize all materials relating to local ambassadors, Friends-of-the-Maison and various talents.
- Liaise with the Press and Media/Digital teams on communication for talent across Cartier various touchpoints.
- Monitor, gather and distribute industry news for internal distribution.
- Liaise with the Jewellery, Watchmaking and leather goods teams on new product to push and approved/appropriate jewelry for celebrity dressings.
Key responsibility 3: Security / Logistics
- Support with the organization and coordination of all jewelry, watch and accessory requests for celebrities during red carpet and brand events.
- Coordinate travel and jewelry logistics for talent during production days for Cartier campaign shoots.
Key responsibility 4: Budget Management
- Support Manager to ensure team budget is tracked properly (market transfers, ambassador store credit, global endorsement budget, internal fees, etc.) as it relates to celebrities.
- Support team with budget invoicing process (SAP, invoice tracking, etc.).
Profile:
Following a Degree in Communication or Business School, you have at least 3 years of experience.
You are pro-active, organized, flexible, and solution driven in your work. You adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize your projects. Socially agile, works well in a team environment and has a positive team spirit.
Technical Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French
