Location: Remote with occasional travel to support End Users during Test and Deploy

Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order to Cash) Senior Consultant with a robust background in transformations to SAP S/4HANA including Selective Data Transfer and/or Brownfield migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP OTC business processes and a proven track record in integrating SAP FI, CO, MM, and PP modules. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive training materials using SAP EnableNow or uPerform, ensuring seamless user adoption and proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA migration projects with a focus on Selective Data Transfer and/or Brownfield approaches, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
  • Design and optimize SAP S/4HANA OTC processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve customer satisfaction. This includes managing the entire order processing cycle, from order creation, fulfillment, and shipping to billing and payment collection.
  • Ensure robust integration of SAP S/4HANA OTC with SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning) modules, facilitating seamless end-to-end business processes.
  • Conduct thorough business needs analysis, process mapping, and system configuration to meet unique organizational requirements in some of the key OTC business processes including Pre-Sales Activities, Sales Order Processing, Availability Check, Pricing and Taxation, Credit Management, Delivery Processing, Transportation Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable and Payment Processing, Customer Service and Returns Management, Reporting and Analytics
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs using SAP EnableNow or uPerform, covering new system functionalities, best practices, and process changes to foster a smooth transition for users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives, ensuring high levels of user engagement and system adoption.
  • Provide expert support and guidance during and post-implementation, addressing system queries and optimizing processes for continued improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
  • Over 7 years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA migrations (Selective Data Transfer and/or Brownfield).
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP Order to Cash processes, including sales order management, pricing, availability check, delivery processing, transportation management, billing, and accounts receivable.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA OTC with core modules like FI, CO, MM, and PP.
  • Proven capability in developing and delivering training materials using tools such as SAP EnableNow or uPerform.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and leading teams effectively.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
