This is an exceptional opportunity for an engineer with a combination of technical expertise, program leadership experience, and the ability to interface with customers to drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence in a fast-paced, growing organization.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Set the technical vision and direction for programs, collaborating with internal technical staff and external customers</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead multidisciplinary teams developing algorithms, software, cloud, and data management solutions</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and overseeing successful program delivery</p> </li> <li> <p>Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, advocating for MORSE's technology and services</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio and driving long-term growth</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide technical oversight and guidance to program team members</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML, cloud computing, and/or decision systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing high-performing technical teams&
