In this role, you will lead a team of four specialists to meet organizational goals and strategic initiatives and partner closely with key leaders.   </p> <p> </p> <p>Senior Supervisor HR Business Partner will have 4 direct reposts and lead the team in two different locations – Słupca and Nowy Sącz. <br/> We offer possibility to work remote 2 days per week. </p> <p> </p> <h2>Key Accountabilities</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with key leaders on the development and implementation of complex local people and culture strategy in alignment with the business and local people and culture strategy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide consulting and solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase efficiency and mitigate people risks while also building an inclusive culture.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with key members across the operating model on workforce and talent planning, development strategies to select, retain and develop talent performance management, team development and engagement action planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understand risks and opportunities to drive focus and action against diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Leverage complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at plant locations, provide trend analysis and recommend solutions based on insights.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support and manage the execution of core people processes throughout the year at the plants with communications and coaching to leaders and monitor employee inquiry volume and employee relations case trends to develop actions with the leadership.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the team to drive the people and culture plans at the production sites and facilities to deliver operational performance and grow and develop human resources team at the plant or site, providing effective team leadership and coaching for related resources.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Other duties as assigned. </p> </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of five years of related work experience as a Senior Supervisor, HR Business Partner included supervisory experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Open for travels to other production plant in the south-eastern part of Poland (once per quarter/month).</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent English and Polish language.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience gained in a large, complex multi-location organization with both white- and blue-collar employees will be advantageous. </p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated functional competence across multiple areas of HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, change management, compensation,  Employee Experience, Employee Relations.  </p> </li> <li> <p>Proactive approach in daily work.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work independently.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>•    Work in an international environment<br/> •    Life insurance<br/> •    Private Medical Care<br/> •    My Benefit System<br/> •    Employee Pension Programme <br/> •    Meal Voucher</p> <p> </p> <p>Our Offer<br/> We provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
