JOB TITLE: Administrative Manager

LOCATION: Cambridge, MA

REPORTS TO: CEO

SALARY RANGE: $63,000 to $94,000. The midpoint of the range is $81,000. The ideal candidate would be hired at or around the midpoint.


ABOUT THE POSITION

The Administrative Manager is a newly created role at Aurion Biotech, providing high-level support across a range of key functions. Acting as executive assistant, meeting planner, website administrator, conference coordinator, and internal communications lead, this individual plays a central role in ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to the CEO, the Administrative Manager is proactive and highly organized, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute tasks efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes for Senior Leadership Team meetings
  • Organize company town halls and other company meetings
  • Secures and Coordinate venues, accommodations, and travel logistics for company meetings, offsites, and team events.
  • Manage relationships with website vendors and consultants to ensure content is timely, accurate, and aligned with Aurion’s external communication strategy.
  • Responsible for conference registration of company employees
  • Participates in developing and drafting internal communications
  • Manages Senior Leadership Team SharePoint site
  • Welcome new employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure the Cambridge office is fully supplied and functional

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Associate or bachelor’s degree required. Focus on marketing, communications, business preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant; experience in the biotechnology field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in meeting planning<
